  • Distance work for specific staff groups:
Special task groups will be working from home, ready to intervene in an emergency in order to ensure our business continuity.
  • Smaller working groups in our offices:
All laboratory and secretarial procedures will be supported in our offices by smaller groups of our staff. We also offer the possibility to carry out procedures related to communication with recipients and patients, information on sperm donation services etc, by telephone, Skype, WhatsApp or Viber. For more details and relevant instructions, our Secretariat remains at your disposal.
  • Protection measures for visitors:
Upon the entry of visitors in our offices, it is recommended to take protective measures of disinfection, according to the guidelines of the National Public Health Organization (EODY), in order to avoid transmission of the disease. Relevant instructions have been posted at the entrance and it is highly recommended to follow them. Before your visit to CRYOGONIA, please consult the posted announcement of EODY at the following link: https://eody.gov.gr/erotiseis-kai-apantiseis-gia-to-neo-koronoio-covid-19/ If you have recently visited areas with an outbreak of the Coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19) or have come in contact with people infected with the virus, it is very important that you follow the instructions of the Competent Authorities (https://eody.gov.gr/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/covid-19-apomonosi-spiti.pdf) If you have already scheduled an appointment, our Secretariat will be at your disposal to reschedule it for a later time, in order to ensure that the transmission of the disease is avoided.
  • Sample reservations for heterologous use:
A 3-month free cryopreservation period is offered to recipients who reserve a donor sample during the current Coronation Expansion Period (COVID-19), in case there is a delay in starting the assisted reproduction process due to the pandemic.

The above actions are purely preventive and aim to avoid transmission of the disease. Our goal is to protect the health of our employees, the people to whom we provide our services, our collaborators, their families and the wider public of our scientific society.

By monitoring the current developments and complying with the necessary measures, as defined by the Competent Authorities, we remain ready to serve your every need, adapting our continuous business operation to the new conditions.

We thank you all for your preference and wish you health and strength in dealing with this crisis.
