Cryogonia Cryopreservation Bank is the first independent Greek Cryopreservation Bank licensed by the National Authority for Medically Assisted Reproduction (Government Gazette 3503/31-10-2016), based on Ministerial Decision No. 6901/26-11-2015. CRYOGONIA has a modern logistical infrastructure and scientific expertise, which ensures compliance with the rules of good laboratory practice and the high quality standards required for the provision of services of freezing and cryopreservation of genetic material.

From the very first moment of its operation, Cryogonia has been following certified procedures within a multifunctional and rigorous system of internal and external quality control. Certified so far according to the specifications of the EN ISO9001:2008 system, it will soon be upgraded to the EN15224 system.
