The Scientific Symposium “Human Reproduction: Past, Present and Future” was attended by the Director of Cryogonia, Dr Lina Evgeni. The event took place on the 1st of April at the Physiology Amphitheatre of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The guest of honour was Joyce Harper, Professor of Human Reproduction at UCL, who turned 60 years old that day. An accomplished scientist with a long record of significant research in the field of fertility and reproduction, but above all an exceptional human being. Dr A. Lina Evgeni was delighted to receive a signed copy of the Professor’s book with a personal inscription.
