Cryogonia’s 1st official participation as a member of the Greek Health Tourism Council (ELITOUR)

The 8th Panhellenic Congress of Thermal Medicine was held with great success on 21-23 September at the National Hellenic Research Foundation, organized jointly by the Hellenic Academy of Thermal Medicine, the Greek Health Tourism Council (ELITOUR), the World Hippocratic Institute of Physicians, the Hellenic Society of Reproductive Medicine and the National Hellenic Research Foundation.

Renowned scientists, academics and businessmen, participated with remarkable contributions and presentations on the issues of Medical and Thermal Tourism, focusing mainly on Thermal Medicine and Assisted Reproduction, as 2024 was declared as the year of Thermal Medicine.

Among them was the Director of Cryogonia Dr. Lina A. Evgeni. On the first day of the conference, which was dedicated to Assisted Reproduction, she spoke about Sperm Cryopreservation, presenting the possibilities for homologous fertility preservation and donation of genetic material.
