Dr. Lina A. Evgeni, Director of Cryogonia, attended the scientific event organized by the postgraduate program “Applications of Biomedical Technology in Infertility – Male and Female Factor”, held at the University of West Attica, following an invitation from the program’s Director, Mr. Petros Karkalousos.

As part of the scientific session titled “Cryopreservation of Gametes: Medical, Legal, and Social Implications”, Dr. Evgeni delivered a lecture on “Sperm Cryopreservation”. In her presentation, she discussed the modern aspects of sperm cryopreservation techniques, outlining the technical specifications necessary for the effective preservation of male fertility, while also addressing the biological, legal, and psychosocial dimensions of the practice.
