Cryogonia once again established a dynamic presence at the proceedings of the 7th IVF Congress of the Greek Society of Assisted Reproduction Physicians (EL.E.I.Y.A.) and the Panhellenic Union of Clinical Embryologists, which was held with great success at Aigli Zappiou, from June 4th to June 6th, 2026.
The scientific team of Cryogonia actively participated in the conference program, presenting primary data and modern approaches to cutting-edge topics:
Friday, June 5th: Mr. Themistoklis Loumakos presented the scientific study entitled « Effect of age on sperm parameters: findings from a large sample of Greek men », contributing valuable insights to the discussion on male fertility.
Saturday, June 6th: The Director of Cryogonia, Dr. Lina A. Evgeni, analyzed the crucial matter of social and laboratory reality surrounding gamete donation, with her lecture entitled « From Donation to Parenting: The Profile of Donors and Recipients in Sperm Donation – Current Trends and Challenges ».
